Whatever you choose to grow, we recommend pairing OMNIHW LED grow lights with our durable OMNIHW grow tent and other OMNIHW products in order to maximize your growth and yields.
If you are using a CMH, HPS, or a HID light of any kind, OMNIHW LED's will most certainly run a lot cooler. It should definitely help. If you are still experiencing temperature control issues, you may want to invest in an air conditioning or ventilation system.
It varies depending on the size and growth stage they are in, as well as the space you are growing in. Please refer to our charts to determine the light necessary for you grow space, we recommend 1 plant per ft2 in vegetative stage, and 1 plant per 2 ft2 for flowering.
Depends on the growth stage. It would be sufficient for clones, seedlings, and into the early vegetative stage, if you made sure to distance the light properly. For the later stages of veg, and into flower, we recommend using our 480W or our 600W OMNIHW LED lights for your 4'x4' tent and using your 240W in a smaller space for the best vegetative growth and yields.
There is a long corded dimmer knob that is attached to the light. This allows for a quick adjustment of the output of our light at all heights the typical grower will encounter.
You will receive the light in its entirety (ballast, light, 3 pronged plug, and dimmer knob) as well as braided metal light hangers, 4 small clips, and one large clip for mounting.
